Warehouse/Driver Position

Job Description:

Responsibilities may include tending to automatic/semi-automatic machines, performing manual labor tasks and monitor for any discrepancies in the function of the plant equipment. Physical transportation of incoming and outgoing materials including trucking, loading, unloading and moving materials within warehouses and storage facilities. Helping to monitor and maintain inventory levels. Delivery of various products to customers. Handling invoicing for product delivered and delivering a high degree of service that exceeds the expectations of customers.

Responsibilities:
- Performing various manual labor duties related to water treatment
- Monitoring equipment and troubleshooting problems
- Loading and unloading products onto delivery trucks
- Processing orders; handling inventory and storage
- Delivering products in and efficient and timely manner
- Maintaining company vehicles and equipment
- Preparing, processing and executing orders and sales contracts in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices
- Handling customer issues, complaints and problems in a courteous and prompt manner while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service
- Following all safety procedures and policies

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license with clean driving record At least one year of experience in an industrial/factory setting Some inventory knowledge Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols along with a strong sense of timeliness and organization Must be able to lift 150 lbs, physical exertion is common to most tasks

Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
Culligan Water is currently seeking an individual experienced in customer-focused positions to act as a customer service representative. The customer service representative works directly with customers to fulfill orders, resolve problems, and attend to related needs. The goal of this position is to supply a superior level of service that exceeds the expectations of Culligan customers. 

Responsibilities:
- Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and performing standard maintenance of current customer accounts
- Following company protocols, policies, and goals while acting on opportunities to optimize the efficiency of the department
- Supporting the staff by providing backup for receptionists, following managerial directives, and otherwise acting as a team player within the department
- Providing proactive sales support to assign customer accounts by developing close relationships with the customer base and inside sales teams

Professional Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proper phone etiquette
- Computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: - 3+ years of customer service experience 
- High school diploma or GED 
Preferred Qualifications: - Customer service experience preferably in a sales/marketing environment 
- Data-entry experience
