There are not very many residences in Utah Valley who have had as many problems with their water system as our family. In as much as we do not have access to city water, we get our water from a well that sits over a hot spring on our property. The water coming out of the ground has a temperature of 106 degrees and smells like a Yellowstone geyser. As a result, the water is very difficult to filter and make ready for household use. We have tried many systems and worked with many water purification companies over the years, never finding the system that will really get the job done for us. We have spent thousands of dollars trying new things, only to be frustrated with orange stained plumbing fixtures, bad smells, and non-drinkable warm water.

Finally, a friend put us in contact with Culligan and a couple of their people came out to assess our situation. They listened to our long story, took a personal assessment of the existing system, took some tests, and came back to me with a reasonable and financially feasible solution. I must admit that I was a little skeptical at first, because oddly we could actually understand their solution and it seemed too simple to really work for our big problems. But we decided to give it a try and allow some time to see if they really were able to deliver on their system and service.

After the system was installed, there were a couple of adjustments that needed to be made because their system was retrofitted to fit some of our existing equipment. They were quick to respond to our needs and took responsibility to see that we were a satisfied customer. After several months with their system in our home, it is working! We have finally been able to achieve our hopes of acceptable water with the well we have. Since installing the system, if I have ever had a question or concern, they have been easy to contact and help to resolve our concerns.

As a customer who has had trouble for several years now with one of the most basic needs of mankind – water – I am grateful to Culligan for their expertise and support. I am happy to say that we are a satisfied customer.
