Q: How often do I need to change the filters on my Reverse Osmosis system?

A: Drinking water systems need maintenance once a year. The 5 Micron and Carbon Slim Filter should be replaced each year. The Post Carbon Filter only needs to be changed every two years. The R.O. membrane generally will have a life of three to five years depending on the original water supply. A Culligan Service Technician would be able to determine if the membrane is in need of replacement.
